Fair, transparent terms

  • Special offers are for eligible South African businesses, subject to an agreed written scope, terms and our real onboarding capacity.
  • Monthly fees are billed upfront each month. Cancellation, ownership and handover terms are set out in your written agreement.
  • Domain registration, e-commerce, payment gateways, bookings, advanced integrations, extensive copywriting, photography and third-party subscriptions are quoted separately unless included in writing.
  • Advertising spend is never included: it’s paid by you directly to the ad platform (e.g. Meta).
  • We don’t guarantee a number of leads or sales. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and response speed.

Straight answers.

Is the LaunchPad website really R0?

Yes: R0 upfront development. You pay R500/month for secure hosting and clearly defined basic maintenance, so there’s no big bill before you’ve made a sale. Page count, revisions and turnaround are agreed in writing first.

Who pays for the advertising?

You do, directly to the platform (e.g. Meta), so your budget stays yours and fully visible. ZidTech’s fee covers strategy, creative, management, the funnel and lead follow-up.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work agreed in your scope, track every lead, and report honestly every month so you can see exactly what’s working.

Why are slots limited?

Because the limit is real. We only take on as many special-offer clients as we can deliver properly. The R6,500 Client Acquisition rate is an introductory price for our first three qualifying clients.

Can I upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many businesses start with LaunchPad or Social Growth and move to the Client Acquisition System, automation or a custom platform as they grow. That’s the 10-year roadmap in action.
