Fair, transparent terms
- The R6,500/month introductory service fee applies to our first three qualifying clients only.
- Sales-agent working hours, follow-up attempt limits and lead-handling capacity are agreed before you sign.
- Special offers are for eligible South African businesses, subject to an agreed written scope, terms and our real onboarding capacity.
- Monthly fees are billed upfront each month. Cancellation, ownership and handover terms are set out in your written agreement.
- Domain registration, e-commerce, payment gateways, bookings, advanced integrations, extensive copywriting, photography and third-party subscriptions are quoted separately unless included in writing.
- Advertising spend is never included: it’s paid by you directly to the ad platform (e.g. Meta).
- We don’t guarantee a number of leads or sales. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and response speed.
The fine print, upfront.
What do I pay?
An introductory service fee of R6,500/month (for our first three qualifying clients) plus R500/month for website hosting and defined basic maintenance. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Meta.
How many leads will I get?
We don’t promise a number, because nobody honestly can. We agree on campaign scope and lead-handling capacity upfront, track every enquiry and report monthly on leads, contacts, qualified leads, appointments and sales outcomes.
Who follows up with my leads?
A ZidTech sales agent follows up campaign-generated leads within agreed working hours, attempt limits and capacity, and logs every outcome in your pipeline.
Do I need a website already?
No. A standard website funnel is included with R0 upfront development (scoped), plus R500/month hosting and maintenance.
What’s the commitment?
Scope, notice period, cancellation and ownership are agreed in a written proposal before you sign. We review performance with you after the first month and again after three.
